    The hotel was popular and clean with accommodating staff members. Our room was neat with good detailed design. The service was excellent. The venue provided a bar in the lobby. Loved our stay there and would stay here again.

    Excellent! I stayed in a room on the 11th floor (executive single room) with a spectacular view of the river. The service is excellent from the moment you check in until you check out. The breakfast is super varied and with a super wide schedule. The perfect room, with the detail of the tray with fresh laminated fruit that they leave you after cleaning it. The last day of my stay they left me a tray with all kinds of cheeses, nuts, raisins and a bottle of delicious red wine. Although it is not close to the airport, it takes about 15 - 20 minutes by taxi, a reasonable distance. If you have a good workout (the super steep cobblestone streets are quite a challenge) and proper clothing, you can walk everywhere. No doubt that next year I will return for more days to visit new places and choose this hotel again for my stay.

    PARKING: It's in the back and you have to walk quite a bit with the car and something complicated to access, reception button accompanies you if it's a foreign car or he parks it for you if it's a car with Portuguese insurance. Size of the parking space is sufficient. GOOD PRICE 16 EUROS / DAY, DETAIL TO LEAVE US A PART OF HOURS MORE PARKING. ACCESSED FROM LIFTS FROM (FLOOR 0 to -8). CHECK IN GIFT IN THE ROOM OF SOME MACARONS AND BOTTLE OF 1 LT OF WATER, SUPER COMFORTABLE SOFAS IN RECEPTION AND WITH PIANIST ENTERTAINING. DINING ROOM: VERY ATTENTIVE SERVICE, WE WERE GIVEN A STICK TARTAR AS A STARTER AND SOME OLIVES AS AN APPETIZER. BREAKFAST: VERY GOOD, GREAT VARIETY, GOOD COFFEE (Nespreso), THEY HAVE LACTOSE FREE MILK AND SOY, THEY REPLACE CONTINUOUSLY. PERFECT ROOM SERVICE, FAST AND GOOD PRICE. IT'S WORTH IT IF YOU WANT A LIGHT DINNER. CLEANING Hotel and rooms perfect. everything super clean and collected. All the floors of the hotel rooms are carpeted and super clean (to me, personally I usually give a lot arghhh the carpets and I walked barefoot in the room) Marble transit areas. public bathrooms super clean. SUPER BIG BED. BATH WELL, WATER TEMPERATURE EASY TO ADJUST. SUPER FAST AND COMFORTABLE LIFT, 3 + 2 MORE THAN ADEQUATE AMOUNT

    PARKING A little bit like everyone else in the access of plants but HANDLING AND VISIBILITY. Comfortable mattress but on the 3rd day it seemed a bit jogged

    We choose the Sana hotel because it was was not too far from the airport but not too near.We were very suprised at the the quality and reception of the hotel.I Choose the hotelfrom discriptiond from the internet and we were not disapointed we spent our holiday in northern Portugal and were on our way home

    Comfortable hotel, well located. The family room is two connected rooms. The size is good, maybe a little small.. Very comfortable bed.. Breakfast varied and of acceptable quality.. Details in the room, like sweets and drinks.. Kindness of the hotel staff.. The parking lot has direct access to the hotel.

    bathtub in the room is badly designed. It's raised off the floor and obviously makes it difficult to get in and out. breakfast juice is pretty bad. has nothing to do with the hotel but I think it is something that interests me: They offer a tourist bus service with different packages where you can choose what best suits what you are looking for. We hired one of the packages and first day we used it, we went to Belen, we were visiting the area and then we were waiting more than an hour and a half in a stop without the bus appeared (they sell you that every 30 minutes passes by each stop). There were logically more people waiting. We had to take a taxi back to the center. There are more companies and I don't know how they will work but this apart from the incident in question should also take a little more care in the quality of service. Dirty buses, sloppy buses, etc... We comment it in reception so that they are also aware of the service they offer through this company.

    Superb hotel with 5 star qualities even though it's classed as 4 stars. Excellent service and the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel was very kind to fulfil our special request and provided a room with a lovely view of the river Tejo. The room was exceptional with a very comfortable bed and lovely shower room. We were impressed! We had opted for the buffet breakfast which was great with lots of choice and plenty of space in the dining area. The location is ideal and close to the central parts of the city. The metro station is only a few minutes walking distance. But it's very easy to just walk to the central area which only takes around 20 minutes, depending on your walking pace. The Aerobus stops outside the hotel so it was very convenient to and from the airport. Overall, we had a great experience at the SANA Lisboa Hotel and I'd stay again if we have another opportunity.

    This hotel suits me perfectly, with a fantastic rooftop pool, 24-hour reception, and great fitness center. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost id card during my first stay. Highly recommend dining at the Allora restaurant for a good experience. I'll definitely be back next year!

    It was central to shopping and to the tour busses. The only thing I would change is to add a free bottle of water for your first night. There is a 3 Euro bottle in the bar but too expensive. I would definitely stay there again.
